Welcome to the booking page for Apostle Fredrick and the COL Office. This system allows you to request a meeting or service in a way that respects everyone's time and ensures you are properly attended to.

We currently offer 30-minute pastoral counselling and care sessions (including prayer and healing) during selected days of the week (usually Wednesday and Friday), 10-minute after-Sunday-service appointments, and administrative assistance for reference letters and other documents.

Please note that submitting a booking does not automatically confirm your appointment. All requests are reviewed by our office, and you will receive an email within 24 hours either confirming or following up on your request. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, kindly indicate this in the form so we can attend to the correct person.

All bookings are open to anyone seeking our support, with priority given to members of City of the Lord Church. For urgent matters or any difficulty during the booking process, please contact our admin line on +260 775 922 758.
